Wall And Slab Thickness
We have provided 5″ Or 125mm thickness of all wall and 4.5″ Or 112mm thickness of slab as this is a frame structure duplex house so all the load supported by column and beam if you want to change the wall thickness you can change it by 10″ or 250mm.
Column And Beam
In this duplex house plan we have provided 15 nos column of 10″ X 10″ and 16mm rebar used as a main bar and 8mm rebar for ties.
In beam we have provided 1’x 6″ beam and rebar sizes are same as column.
Ties or Stirrups spacing not more than 200mm Or 8″.
Doors And Windows
All the bedrooms doors sizes are same of 3′ X 7′ kitchens door size are 3′ X 7′, bathrooms door size are 2.5′ X 7′.
All bedroom’s windows size are same of 4’x4′, and 2’x2′ ventilation for bath&w/c
